Una de PT + TRX

Jueves por la noche,

40min de PT + 30min TRX variado +10min PT.

Una ducha y a cenita en el sofá.

Y parte de la musica que he escuchado mientras entrenaba:

Keep your old love letters; throw away your old bank statements.



Whatever you do, don't congratulate yourself too much or berate yourself, either. Your choices are half
chance, so are everybody else's.

Enjoy your body: use it every way you can. Don't be afraid of it or what other people think of it; it's the
greatest instrument you'll ever own.

Dance...even if you have no where to do it but in your own living room.


Understand that friends come and go, but what a precious few should hold on...

Actividades alternativas en pretemporada

Como siempre, en estos meses, me toca anarquia y relax total.
No "tengo que" hacer nada. No tengo reloj, no tengo km, no tengo ni siquiera un deporte que hacer.
Sólo saciar mi dosis de endorfinas diarias con cualquier tipo de actividad.

Disfrutando de actividades que no hago en meses de concentracion.
Pilates... escalada, paseos por la nieve, raquetas, experimentando con el trx...


Dejando que los dias pasen, sin saber qué haré mañana, o montándome en un avión sin bici, o incluso acudiendo a un 70.3 de espectadora!.
Y sin fecha de comienzo... ya veremos.
